ABOUT ME

Melissa Hague

I have had a 25-year career in Learning and Development, with a passion for supporting people to unlock their potential through great quality conversations.

I've been coaching for over ten years, starting as an internal coach and then setting up my own coaching practice in 2019. I am accredited as a Senior Practitioner with the EMCC and hold an MSc in Coaching and Behavioural Change from Henley Business School.

In 2019 I travelled to Texas to train with Dr Brené Brown to become a Certified Dare to Lead Facilitator. It was a transformational experience, which has taught me so much about who I am as a coach, as a leader and as a human. I now use this work to support my coachees, fellow coaches and leaders to be brave with their lives.
